Default 502 Mag engine noise with video.

This noise just started after flushing the engine for 20 minutes on the hose. Shut it down and started it right back up to this noise. Originally thought loose rocker. Not the case. gauge shows 40 psi while running. Taking a manual gauge with me today. I figured i'd see more oil being thrown around on the top end than what I'm seeing.

1998 502 mag mpi. About 130 hours since full rebuild. stainless marine exhaust.
new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, water pump, and starter this year.
engine is misfiring now. has been out on two good runs this year no issues on either. other than a grounding issue to the gauges.
Oil is at the full mark on the the dipstick.
fresh mobil 1 15w-50
mobil 1 oil filter
noise moves with rpm.
Noise doesn't go away by pulling the plug wires one by one.

Where's the video?

"Full rebuild" is a very frightening statement..

it was done at Wazzup racing in New jersey. just factory rebuilds. nothing extra other than the manifolds.

Don't have speakers on my shop PC yet, but there is not enough oil coming up to the lifters. The oil should be splattering everywhere

That's what I thought as well. I'm wondering if the pick up tube fell off. Just had very odd timing when it started making noise. just odd that the oil PSI gauge reads 40 still.

Unlikely the pickup tube fell off. You wouldn't be showing 40 psi of pressure. Is that at idle or cruising? That's not a heck of a lot of pressure if you talking about at cruising. Need to determine which cylinder is misfiring.

That is at idle. normally between 50-60 when running
