There was a nova 250 reasonable and looked to be in decent shape on FB... provided its solid, good reliable first boat, fast enough to be fun, slow enough to keep you out of truouble. Small enough to be easy around the dock, big enough to save your ass if it gets rough....

it'll get you on the water w/out breaking the bank (the way boating was meant and used to be)

engine is not supported any more period - you will have hell getting anything in the way of parts for that set up including drive set up. Plus no one will work on it as far as boat shops. And VIP is a sub par built boat actually below average quality.

Also is this thread real or is this by that guy who has many names and is band from OSO - What the hell is his name ???
