Mercury Extreme Performance Racing Gear Lube SAE 85W90
92-8M0078015 33.8 fl oz (1 quart) bottle
92-8M0078016 5 US Gallon
Mercury Racing Gear Lube was designed for outboard and sterndrive racing applications
This gear lube provides maximum protection against:

• Water intrusion – advanced emulsifiers protect gears if water enters the gear housing
• Wear – tackifiers and pressure additives improve oil film adhesion and protect against excessive wear
• Horsepower loss ‑prevents horsepower loss and won’t break down when gears reach high temperatures

Recommended for use in Mercury Racing outboard gear cases including:
Sport Master
Torque Master
Fleet Master
VI SSM and IV

SSM and Mercury Racing sterndrive applications including
Dry Sump Six
NXT6
SSM,
NXT
Bravo XR,
Bravo XR Sport Master drives
NXT transmission assemblies.

The Merc racing is their top gear oil and is not the same what you have pictured to the QS brand.

I have all as well the only thing is shipping it to where ever ( the cost ) I would use the Racing Gear oil if one wanted and insisted on using what Merc sells.

oOdd. I have been caught up in this chit mess for the last year. Put new drives on the Biotch, with a warranty, and decided to run merc lube for break in and for warranty period. Wanted the best Merc Racing had to offer, have been sold both of those shown here as the ultimate Merc Racing gear lube. What they call it is only a marketing deal, believe me it's all the real good chit, hate to tell the dealer that said that to me on here. Perhaps Merc Racing could speak up here and tell we little folk what the fock is what with their products that we all pay dearly for realy are.
