Surface Drive Alignment

Boat is a 30' cat with the KAAMAs (same as the Arneson's), w/props spinning inwards. The question is this.

Whats the best alignment setting.........or is parallel just the way to go?

And, probably as a side question. What differences could you actually feel or see (mph?) related to any changes?
