How to properly vent crank case pressure ?
 

running a blower motor , currently running Hardin marine valve covers with their mini k and n 's with baffles in them , it's still pushing oil out the k and n s ? Does anyone know a proper fix for this ! Can't have this oil going all over my polished motor haha :( , thanks guys!

my first thought was PCV. but you hook crankcase up to engine vacuum and SURPRISE!! you got 1.5 atmospheres of pressure compressing the crankcase worse than before. what gets past the rings in a normally aspirated engine is only gonna be worse in forced induction engine. if you are pumping oil out I think you have too much blowby. possibly a different valve cover vent arrangement? or fab a vent out of the intake manifold that vents near distributor taking gasses out from above lifters instead of above rockers where there is more oil being launched. that is how the road draft vent tube used to work in the pre emissions era.

Install a puke tank... A number of manufacturers make them for this reason.

Is there a baffle in the valve cover on the inside or just in the filter.

Id install -12 fittings in the valve covers, connect push lock hose to a puke tank as DW suggested

After numerous attempts to keep the bilge oil free, we now use one vacuum pump and a jump hose to connect the sealed engines. One hose from a valve cover is connected to a single vacuum pump that sucks the oil/air vapor to a vented oil/ air separator. This small separator tank is then vented out the bilge. The few oz. of oil that is held in the separator is drained after each run. The bilge remains clean and is free of oil and oil vapor. There is also a pop-off valve on the system to vent the engines should the vacuum pump fail. Only took a few years to get this system to work, today it is flawless ��
