oil by pass valve in 6.2 mercruiser??

Is there a oil by pass valve built into the block on a 2002 6.2 mercruiser?

Oil filter adapter (it has the bypass in it) is mounted to the blocks oil filter pad. See #11 in photo.
BTW: if you need one you can get from GM for lot less than Mercruiser.
