I believe those are for Mark IV.

The OP has a 2000, so should be Gen VI

no they fit 5/6 just did mine gen6 7.4

Head gaskets or head set? Valve cover gaskets reuse well. Exhaust gaskets are best to get Mr. Gasket 454 header gaskets. Probly don't need valve seals. So you need head gaskets and intake set from 97 suburban with 7.4 engine from auto parts store.

you need a set of fel pro 1037 head gaskets .a lot of intake gaskets will work but i like the mr gasket #121 and a smear kote of the right stuff around the ports,like derek said you can reuse the valve cover gaskets.

Just brought the boat to find out that the motor had a blown head gasket's and had to take the heads in to get machine because they're warped
That's why the headset thanks guys appreciate it
