496 ect problem?
 

exhaust coolant temp sender went bad. when went to change it was a plastic sensor threaded into man it broke off with verry little effort. has to be drilled out. ( The Question is are the pieces that will fall into manifold plastic or metal)

Brass, and what falls in I doubt you could get it out if you tried. I wouldn't worry Just keep grease on the bit to catch the chips
