Running Hot
 

Last trip out boat was having vapor lock issues so I thought.... Running hot when in boost. Temp gauge reading 170/ 180 When just cruising temp ran around 140/ 160.
After stopping to jump in the water or hang out at the beach boat would go into vapor lock until it cooled down. Symptom just progressed as the day went on couldn't get the boat started.
Ended up being the High Pressure Fuel Pump was failing. Getting this fixed should be back on the water this weekend. My question is what is the normal temp when running in boost or even when not in boost?
Set up: Merc 525 HO Whipple Supercharged 7 PSI
