Timing mark on 502 on balancer
 
there is no timing tape just a mark does anyone know how much timing that gives you

the line on the balancer is tdc when lined up with the timing tang,you need a timing lite with advance knob to check actuial timing.

Either advance light or timing tape (If the marks have not been painted over)

you can buy timing tape. Also you have to buy the correct timing tape that matches the size of your harmonic balancer

I dont know. I have some projects going on more than 8 years with no end in sight so you never know.
