525 with whipple fuel pressure issue
 

Okay here is the issue
motor was dyno all good
motor has been used three times in the boat, Now when idling out or running out of no wear the fuel pressure drops off and stalls the motor or drops off and comes right back and motor stays running no alarms even if the fuel pressure drops from 40 to 20 motor runs a little rough and then comes right back
we are sure if its the fuel pump or something else if some one has this setup
we have check all the relays and wires have been traced

the aeromotive one that comes in the kit

how olds the fuel line before the pump(line could be collapsing)?have you taken the lines off of the pump and looked into it?
if that all checks out,,try runnin constant 12v to the pump,,see if it cuts out anymore.

All new 3 hrs old on the complete setup which includes the motor

you still have the anti-siphon valve in by the tank?

No the boat never had one it’s in an activator

when the pump builds pressure and turns off the fuel pressure gauge goes to 0 the motor will start and and run and build pressure again also these seems to be happening at 1/2 of fuel all other times it ran ok tank was full

sounds like you have a pick up problem

agreed, pull pickup out, also ck line feeding pump
