I don't know about 87 however in 90 the deadrise for the Baja 265 DVX is 20*

Hmm...It looks deeper than that, and Ive ridden on some 24 degree hulls and it rides as good.

The 1990 brochure lists it at 20 however it may very well not be the same hull.
