500EFI cam into

Can i straight swap a 500 efi cam into a 502 mag mpi?
502 mag mpi is non adjustable valve train while 500efi isn't.

No.
You need to change to an adjustable valve train with new rocker studs and roller rockers and change the valve springs to match the cam.
Then you need to have the ECM retuned.

Because of too much lift and if thats the case is the net lash non adjustable made for the cam in the 502 mag?
