118. Steering Position Circuit High
191. Fuel Level 2 Circuit High

You can ignore those codes. They are caused by open circuits because you don't have anything attached to them. As for your "clacking" sound, based on what I've read so far, my money is on collapsed lifter. With the valve cover off, using a starter button and key in off position, turn the engine over a few times and press down on the back of each rocker (on the pushrod side) as the pushrod is coming up. If you can push it backwards, then the lifter is collapsed.

OK I'll erase the fault codes. Been distracted by the holiday and mid 90s heat but the intake will be off tomorrow and I will know what's up. Can I pull intake in one piece?

No. Separate the top half to expose the lower manifold bolts that go into the head. Not a hard job

Easing these codes are fine but they will come right back regardless. They are defaulted because the app does not have these sensors nor connection.

Thanks. Manifold will be off this morning and I will ignore those codes!

It looks like it's just a collapsed lifter. Parts will be here tomorrow from Teague.

Good deal. Congrats. Gotta love being able to fix your own s***!
