Just saying I am not sure if it is Walker 200 1047 or which AC delco one it is either. Its either Ac delco 213-894 or 895 for the Merc 500 efi ?
So what does AC delco 213 894 match up to as far as Autos / trucks ? |
Damn SB... you’re a cross referencing wizard. I think I’ve bought AC Delco parts using some of your other cross reference posts in the past!! Thanks |

So now I'm not sure the TPS is actually the problem. As I mentioned its very erractic but once I get past idle the issue goes away. I have no problems getting on plane and running 4000+ rpms. I would think if it were the TPS I'd have issues throughout the rpm range and not just at idle?
|
^^^That is incorrect.^^^
A TPS is just like a rheostat...it has a wiper that wipes across a circuit to change the voltage. So, you can have a deadspot. However, since you are not checking the tps readings...how do we know ? We don't. Kind of odd i am spending this time on trying to find the AcDelco TPS for this since you don't know. Anyway, will be good info for my and other's parts database. ================================================== ==== Can you, or someone else, or BUP (since you have a Merc one on the shelf) if the rotor on the TPS rotates clockwise or counterclockwise as the throttle is opened. I'm back to investigative mode.....was only able to spend some time as i was boating most of last week thru last night. :) |
