Fuel line to big

Is it possible to have a fuel line that is to big?
I am currently building a 496 that will be somewhere around the 800 hp range.
I will be using an aermotive A1000 fuel pump.
I am having new tanks built and thought I would use a 3/4 inch pickup with -12 fitting running -12 hose to the filter then the pump then using -10 hose to the rail.
I know this is overkill but just wanted to be sure i had no fuel problems

That will be fine..
Just watch what filters you're running.. I tried running a cheaper outlet filter and had flow issues..
switched it out for an Aeromotive filter and it's been running flawlessly ever since..

I'm running a Marine Eliminator pump on mine (1000 hp Procharged)
-12 suction line to a 100 micron pre-fiter -10 outlet from pump to a -10 40 micron filter.
This then splits to two -8 hoses to the fuel rails..

Only downsides to a "too big" fuel line is

1. cost; not a real concern in a one off application
2. routing; larger line requires a larger radius to bend without kinking
3. Adapters to go "down" to your fuel rail or regulator (see #1)

Ive had really good luck with goldenrod filters.....cheap, flow a ton, filter to 10 micron, available at your local farm supply....certainly overkill...but cheaper over kill.

I asked Eddie Young the same question and he has run into that issue but it was an extreme mismatch of something like 7/8” line on 500hp. Your set up seems well within reason.
