Ok I will see about downloading these pics --- just in case if they need to be sent in. Get me another good pic of the gasket not lining up with the manifold. when you can.

Got to love where they are were made. Unreal nothing is made here anymore.

Just Sent you a PM.
Will be hard to get more pics today. Those supplied should be more than good -no ?3-5"snow (started already) before changing to crazy rain. 40-60mph wind gusts, we are in for a ride. Fall can be nice orbrutal here. This year, more towards brutal side. Mountains all around me have been snow capped over a week now.

Thank you.

SB I believe I figured it out after looking at your part numbers. -- Old Nick gave you the wrong manifolds to mate up with those supplied gaskets and those supplied risers.

You need exhaust manifolds Merc part number 860246A15 inwhich mates to risers 807988A03 inwhich you HAVE that riser but wrong manifolds.. See you have E coated manifolds but ceramic coated risers. The supplied gaskets mates to the supplied riser ( you have ) and should then mate to manifolds 860246A15 inwhich YOU DO NOT HAVE.

What you have is 860246Q11 exhaust manifolds and you need NEED risers 807988Q03 NOT risers 807988A03. Or the other way around like I said in the 1st paragraph

I thought I would be smart and look at the parts break down from the pics and from the OSO PM you sent me.

the sent email from the seller whom you bought from - his email did not go directly to Merc but the LNS customer service rep. 2 totally different places. I read his email and that was not a direct Merc employee.

Of course this happened before because of the mix matched part numbers put together as a kit by the seller.

I can even prove from the sellers own website he is putting the kits together wrong as what he sold you if you like me to.

I was hoping it was the gasket until I put them on the risers. Crazy huh.

Again, once channel of/to Merc was made aware of this with a previous customer of same vendor and after much time back and forth merc said to run it.

Not cool, and I am going to pursue this further, Not fair to anyone.

I'll send you the e-mail from whom parts where gotten from and the name /etc from the Merc guy.I'm sure the Merc guy is the reg sales rep sort of guy, not someone that can actually do something but lip ****. That's my guess at this time.

When weather brakes (hope fully any day) I'll take pics with riser and gasket but believe me the mating lines up purrrrrrrfectly with each other. Manifold...not so.

We have had snow already and been 15degrees below normal. So low 40;s day and low 20'snight. and wind throughout the day for several weeks.

Here is some where in my state right now, 1hr North or so driving from me:

Your telling me NH has 98 mph winds and 5 degrees on Oct 25?? Sure that's not from Siberia or the north pole??

SB thanks but I do not need anything else ---- you have the wrong manifolds for the exact risers and gaskets . or vise versa. wrong risers and gaskets for that manifold. Read my post above as I believe I figured it all out after I looked at your part numbers.. Like I said I can prove that off Nuwave website as well. He mix matched the kit.

here click on link and then scroll down to see part numbers that go with each other ---- you have mix matched part numbers that do not go together. HENCE why they are not fitting together
