You need to post more info about the motors like what blowers if they are injected who built them? You have 572 and you have 500 what is the cubic inches.

If you are at all concerned about fuel economy with a twin supercharged engines in a 42 performance boat, you shop for something else.
It will be less than 1 mpg. Probably closer to .75 mpg.
