Merc DTS Wiring diagram?
 

Looking for assistance finding wiring pin outs/diagrams for my 2009 SeaRay Merc DTS Controls & smart craft module. Have had no luck online researching.

You can buy them them thru a Merc dealer and I know I have them stored away. Maybe this weekend I could look for those manuals. I would be willing to sell them. But 100 percent have to ask and I am not pointing my finger here but If you are not interested in buying the manuals PLEASE let me know because I do not want to waste my time looking for them. Thank you

Do you have the full wiring diagrams or are they just for the DTS? I don't mind paying if you have the time...

there is couple of options in the manuals. I do not have them in front of me as they are stored away. What is your engine and is it a single engine or TWIN Sea Ray ? -- of course Mercruiser and a 555 controller . If you have engine serial number give it to me - I can run it to see what exactly you have and set up.

do you have a 496 or a small block ? this will determine which 555 you have. There is Smartcraft / DTS wiring diagrams and of course ECM / PCM wiring diagrams. Also diagrams for single engines / twin engines / trips engines and so on

Mine is a 2009 Pachanga with the single 377Mag. Wanting to use my existing DTS controls with our new 6.2 LSA GM Crate engine that uses an automotive type ECM.

not yet but I have not found them all. Actually I will know more tonite or tomorrow when I get a chance to pull more manuals out of storage.

Which crate motor are you using? Is it CAN Buss, CAN NEMA 2000 Buss, or GM ethernet?

Using the GM Performance LSA 6.2L, having a harness built & using a GM ECM. I think the factory Merc is Can buss, not 100% sure what the GM unit uses.
