I'm just catching up on your thread and realized I had mentioned sensors being a foot apart on my last post. What I had meant was one o2 sensor being installed 1 ft further back from the other. Just seems between that and the two 90's could potentially throw off readings at said rpm's.

Now after catching up it seems as though you've got other pita issues going on. Gotta be frustrating but will be worth it when all said and done. Problem is the things some of us do we're never really actually done. Just the way is is. Hang in there.

The slight difference in the sensor location shouldn't be an issue especially at steady rpm/load. The ecu is commanding a certain injector pulse that remains constant. When the engine is accelerating or decelerating the distant could change the results. My ecu has settings to tell the ecu where the 02 sensors are, at header collector, half way back or at the tailpipe location. It uses that setting for the autotune function and puts a delay in for which fuel cell the ecu adjusts to get the a/f target correct.

If the weren't issues wouldn't everyone do this. Just have to work through these minor issues and hopefully start to enjoy it. It has been a lot of time and money invested and im looking forward to just turning the key and going.

To top it off I got a pretty bad stomach virus thurs night and was in bed all day yesterday. What made it worse was i donated blood thurs so my body was weak to begin with. Feel pretty weak right now but am hoping to get into the garage sometime this weekend. When it rains it pours lol

Thanks for all the help and encouragement everyone.

One other thing to look at make sure the o2 wires are not picking up rf noise from ignition box or wires might throw them a little. Are they powered from same spots?

02 sensors are as far away as possible from spark plug wires. Ignition box is far away also.
02 controllers are powered from same source and grounded to same source as well.

A little update; got enough energy today to put car back together enough to take it for a drive. With 9lb wg springs they were holding 9-10psi. Was very hard to look at gauges and the road at the same time doing a pedal fest. I did see that the a/f was only about .2 rich on the richer side. It appears as the boost/ flow is going up, the a/f is stabilizing. Drove about 40 miles today with no issues. Engine runs strong. I'm guessing there is no issue, just over thinking things. I'm not done with testing. Going to hook up the back pressure gauge to compare sides. But for now im going to try to tune the fuel map and head to the dyno. Last setup made 900hp at 15psi. This setup should make quite a bit more. Was told the sweet spot on the turbos with my setup should be 14-18psi. I didn't even get into the efficiency zone yet. Going to be hard on the street to get to 18psi so I'll do it in the dyno. Not sure how high I'll go with the boost, but turbos should do 25psi if I feel I won't destroy anything in the process.

Stay tuned.

Again thanks for all the help!!!

After 80 miles of total driving and fighting many gremlins the engine started blowing large amounts of smoke out the tailpipes wed night. I pulled engine last night. I am disassembling now. Intake and intake runners have oil in them. Not sure where it's coming from. Got one head off and had to go to my son's soccer game.

Before I pulled engine I pressured the intake, no leak other than a slight bubble from the intake rocker studs, they go through the intake port. Way to much oil for that to be the cause.

Did the motor have much blow by crank case pressure maybe pushing it into the compressor housings on turbos.

After the excessive smoke started I initially thought i had a leaky turbo seal. No luck. The piping from the turbo to intake is bone dry and clean. All plugs came out very dirty, oil.

Im going to send you a PM Apache

How did you make out with your motor?
