Water flow

I have a set of Lightning headers with the silent choice option, recently I noticed a lack of water exiting the thru hull exhaust on the port side. I have pulled all the hoses, verified water flow to the headers and from the water pump and can not figure out what’s happening to the water flow. Any thoughts? TIA!

Is this while running on the hose?

No, in the water...should also mention I have a water bypass hose out the back from the intake and the flow is strong from it and the starboard side.

back flush and check impellers - I had one fragment and piece got hung up once - it blocked some water on one motor and ran hotter.

When I pulled my Lightnings to have them pressure tested, I ran a thin sawsall blade around where the water merges into the exhaust flow. It's pretty tight and sediment can plug it.
