1992 Quicksilver throttle controller upgrade.
 

What are my options here...have the throttle only button that won’t release. No forward or reverse.

So it looks like my best option is to replace with the 4000 Gen 2 control w/ new cables? Are all other connections compatible? Any other concerns? Where is the best place to purchase online as I can't wait for the local boat shops to get to me.

I'll update for others...I bought the 4000 Gen II #883710A03 on EBAY from Boater152 (purchased other parts from him in past)...for $330 shipped to my door in 4 days.... I easily pulled the cables which resulted in an 11' SeaStar (Teleflex) Xtreme for the shift cable on Amazon for $38.17 + a 14' SeaStar (Teleflex) Xtreme on Amazon for $48.62...ordered Friday Night late & will be delivered today (Monday)...There ya go...as easy as it was to remove the old setup (I marked & taped threads for comparison) it should be good to go this weekend.
