454 EFI upgrades

Looking at a fresh water ski boat with a very low hr 454 with factory efi. I've been a carb guy up to now.
I'd like to see a reliable 500 hp from it. What's needed- a PCM upgrade, cam, injectors?

You will need to sell it and buy a good used Merc 525.
