Mpi stalling

6.2 mpi stalls when first started multiple times . After warm up its ok. No codes on computer . Replaced iac and filter. No change. I dont understand what iac duty cycle is reads 99.9% checked other boats the duty cycle fluctuates. Can anyone explain..thanks.

What is the TPS voltage?
Could have a vacuum leak
Might have an issue with the ECT sensor, it might be telling the motor is warm so its getting less fuel when cold

thanks for advice will check. Question is ect sensor feed info only to computer. or is it the same sensor that i can read temp on laptop?
this is a twin engine boat all the readings are the same except for the duty cycle of the iac.

The reading I think should be the same as the computer is showing. To be sure I would need to get back into the wiring. If both are the same, let us know and need to dig some more
