sounds good what is the best procedure to bleed this system

Ok, not to jack this thread but my son's 32AT doing the exact same thing. When he bought the boat was that way, found a B/S setup fitting on the pressure side of the pump, removed that and no change, so figured it had killed the pump. just had engines out to service and replaced pump with a 99 1 ton hydro boost truck pump(used these before) kept the pressure relief valve and spring from original pump(have not idea what they had on it) anyway no change super stiff. He replaces the filter again no change. I understand how the setup works and have installed whole setups before. its a twin B/B full system...thanks Rob

Rob not sure if this is the same issue but I had the flow valve installed wrong , I had it flow valve then spring then banjo fitting , it suppose to go spring , flow valve flat side of the flow valve up towards the banjo fitting , then bango fitting , I also drilled out the hole in the banjo fitting to 5/32 mine was only 1/8 , txt me ill send you a pic of how the assembly should go 16047417748
