Is there anything else that might be causing this motor to slack or not get fuel that I should look into? It ran amazing on the test ride and every time when I bought it; I mess with something fuel it’ll help it. Could it be timing? Injectors? Motor was rebuilt bottom to top 100 hours ago.

If you have clean/ replaced the filters and the filters are not showing any more lady bugs... you can still have a blockage at the pickup elbow where it comes out of the tank ( as per BUP's comment) before the filters... or the carb filters (if equipped)
I have also seen it where the vent line is blocked and the fuel fill has a o-ring seal and the fuel pump can not draw fuel out of the tank - soft tanks can collapse ... if this is the case, as soon as it drops rpm, crack the fuel fill cap and see if it has suction - should be none |

Correct carburetor fuel psi will be 5-8 psi. Under 5psi sucks. :)
