possible you running the engine will cost u a lot more money. There is NO alarms for the fuel side of this engine. And you do not have to buy NEW injectors nor a fuel rail. You will need a NEW gen 3 cool fuel module thou.

Did you guys come to a conclusion on this? I have a mercruiser 496HO ser# 1A053305 trowing the same codes. It has 2 beeps/min syndrome.. Also throwing an intermittent 152 while it's running.

I figured out through some research the 75, 94, & 191 show but do not apply to my boat. For the 152 IAC output - I replaced the IAC with a new factory merc, cleaned the spark arrestor, replaced muffler, inspected the wiring and connector(no sign of heat or melting), erased the fault codes and it comes right back. Tried a second IAC and same result. Not sure what else to check other than sending the ECM off to have it checked...

Have you checked continuity of the wires to/from IAC
