How do I clean these air filters

I have used brake cleaner sprayed from inside out

THANKS...I really appreciate the comment.
I bought the best boat my (over my initial) budget could afford. The boat is in great shape BUT it was the engines (the insides are better than the outsides) and that engine bay that sold me! It has only been in the (fresh) water once (under my month of ownership) while I prepare to get it to Perdido Key, Florida.
I'm using this time to get it as good as possible in preparation for significant (constant) use.
