Serial Number Specification

I have a 96 Baja 24’ Outlaw engine cover says 454 magnum Bravo One is this a 330hp or 385hp?
serial number on cover is 0F603188 can anyone shed any light on this?

And 0's are zeroes, not letter 'Oh's.'

Since you said it had an engine cover, I assume its carbed. In that case its 365hp and rated at 350hp at prop.
It should run right at 60-61mph with a 23" Mirage Plus prop.
