2 into 1 transom tips

I have been toying with the idea of sending 1 transom tip out of the back per engine. (2) Is there a company that makes a tip or "y" piece to make this happen? It will be wet at the "y". (jokes aside)

CMI makes the Y piece.

So does corsa as far as I know. They do custom one offs as well.
