Specific lifter question

I have a 1998 HP500 carb engine. I'm replacing the valve train, and have a question regarding the lifters.

I have crane link-bar lifters in there now, I think they're 13532s - how can I know for sure? Bottom of the wheel to the top of the lifter body measures 2.541", and from the bottom of the wheel to the top of the hydraulic cup is ~2.46.

Assuming I have 13532's, Is the lifter the same height as the GM lifter 17120061? If all else remains the same, by switching to this lifter do I need to change pushrod length?

The cam on the engine is a crane 168731.

Should always check pushrod length with any change to valve train,resurfacing heads,decking block ,valve job,example valve is cut deeper into valve seat,or even gasket change ,it all affects length ,most factory engines are close on length but always could be better for longer valve guide life
