Default Blue Motor Pulleys

Trying to piece together a set of pulleys for a 500 EFI build. Merc doesn't make many of them anymore.

So looking to newer 525 and 565 pulleys or Hardin. Since the newer motors have silver, tough trying to figure out what crosses over - if anything? Hardin has some serp pulleys for a HP500 (though I can't find that MERC ever offered such a thing).

Anyone with any input? Trying to figure out the water pump and crank (dimensions or p/n's from the newer motors), as those are what I still need to find.

Someone makes a full serpentine conversion kit, I think. Might just be simpler to buy a whole setup and sell any parts leftover.

The offset on some of the pulleys from the 500 EFI and the 525 are not the same.

Agree, the 575 SCI is very similar to the 500's, just the crank pulley is different.

BTW: been watching your build's - look awesome. Just about have everything to make them out of fresh 502 MPI's. Just brackets and and a couple pulleys to find.

I may be interested in one or both. Do you know what vintage they are? I saw early ones were the same as 500's, but then changed to a different P/N. The offset can't be much different at all, runs the same front accessory drive brackets from what I see even in later years.

They look great! PM or text me the details. I have one, so need one but will likely take them both if you don't want to separate the pair.
