Raw Water Pump Part Number

Does anyone know the Volvo part number for the raw water pump assembly on a DPX 500?
Thanks in advance!

Jabsco made the pumps for these. They are not cheap and I have installed Johnson Pumps in place which is the cheaper route to buy. Johnson has changed up their pumps and part numbers. The pump number most people are going to give you for the cross to buy from Johnson is NLA. If I recall correctly I have them at my shop brand new in the box. I would have check on the part numbers and I think I have both brands Jabsco and Johnson pumps sitting on the parts shelf.

So is it your Impeller housing pump causing your manifolds to run hot ? If your pumps are original its time to change them anyways and prob way over due. After time down the road -- the rotation of those Jabsco pumps become harder to turn especially at low speeds / low rpm. This really is the case in a saltwater environment. I have seen them totally locked up and many of times. Also people for winterizations do not drain the impeller housing and or do not drain it completely. When it freezes that some what distorts the housing and leaves checked marks on the internal walls of the pump. This causes less water flow

Yesterday (Saturday) I replaced the collapsed 1 1/4 hose that was crushed running from the fuel cooler to the oil cooler down by the oil pan. I noticed the pump has a ever so slight leak after the engine is shut off. The boat runs only in fresh water at Lake Havasu and the pump was replaced approximately 5 years ago and has had an impeller change every season. The replacement pump was a jabsco. The risers are still getting to 130-140 degrees at the top while idling. I can touch them briefly with my hand but can’t rest my hand on them. I checked all the coolers and the lines and they aren’t restricted. I also bypassed the outdrive by removing the raw water hose from the drive and shoving the garden hose directly in the feed hose to the pump to rule out the outdrive and the transom hose. My next step was going to be to pull the end caps of the heat exchanger to inspect it. What are your thoughts?

I already gave you my run down in your other post. Also without eyes - hands - ears and testing tools on it in person its all just best guesses. A lot of times I am really good at the guesses. And for the record I even still have a couple of DPX apps I work on every year. These are very rare to begin with.
