Minn Kota Ulterra Will not Deploy
 

My Minn Kota Ultera will power on, recognized the remote but will not auto deploy,. The remote give a status of the batteries and it is showing that the motor battery is dead (red battery symbol) but when plugged in my Precision onboard charger shows it both batteries are 90%. It is a new motor worked at the dealer just want to make sure it is not operator error or something simple before I have to leave my boat at the dealer for who knows how long. Any thoughts...
