TEC 3 Ignition

I have a 93’ 270 Formula, it has a 502, with a pro charger. The ignition is a TEC3 made by Electromotive Engine Controls. My question is: how many of you run this ignition, how tuneable is it? I researched their website and before I pulled the trigger to buy the software to tune, I wanted to hear some real life testimony. Thank you!

Never heard of them and does not look like they sell any marine specific products.
