Got the header off and put the camera in there. I’ll see if I can get pics off of it later, but it looks like either the casting failed or the header leaked.
The header was dry and black but shoving the camera up in the tub showed “something” that could be water or could be oil. I’ll need to get it out of the boat.
The port is crumbling and it looks like something welded itself to the stem which is saying something considering the 502 has inconel valves in it. Fun.
Anyway, it’s fubar. I’m going to pull both engines then look at storing the boat for a bit while I get stuff redone.
