540 BBC-what spark plugs
Just finished my 540 build, Dart block, Canfield aluminum heads with 9.5:1 compression. Stock heat range plug be fine or should I go a step colder?
I believe I have BPR6ES’s in there now which I believe is stock heat range for 502. |
do those heads use a crush washer ?

If your going to stick with ngk I’d step down to 7’s and keep an eye on your ground straps. I never had much luck with ngk’s except in 2 strokes.
