500efi dropping cylinders!!!!!!
 

Hello. Im having trouble finding the cause of my 500 dropping cylinders on the port side. The motor is a new build and i have been battleing this issue since.

Compression is good.
i have a gauge on my fuel rail that always reads around 45.
I put a clear fuel filter on the inlet side of the main spin on filter today and it doesnt stay full! It will drain itself constantly whoch in my eyes would cause vapor! Have anyone seen this before? Is this nornal?

What do you mean exactly by dropping cylinders? Misfire?

Yes it will start to missfire.
then by feeling the last 3 cylinder on the port side on the bottom of the manifold they are cold...ish
