350 MAG Carb to 350 MAG MPI

My boat is a 1994 model with a 350 MAG carb engine. I just purchased a 2000 model 350 MAG MPI to put in it. Will my boat harness plug and play with the newer engine or will I need to modify anything?

The mpi intake is for vortec heads and the 94 350 wouldnt be vortec

im swapping the entire engine
