Thank you for reply!

I dont know ( i mean, have no idea, where to look it.

It is not presented in boat's docs. I can only see "marine power 502 pfi " on the engine cover.

Where can i find it?

It is 2002 boat

Maybe(not sure at all) same as gen VI gm 502 8.2l

Without a serial number could use the pic of the fuel rail to see which it would use.

The older ones were 805225A1, shows crossing to Mallory 9-33100 but not many have tried them that I'm aware of

The later style used 861260T which cross to Mallory 9-33101

eBay and Amazon injectors a commonly poor copied of the real thing. I’d stay away from them.

those look like mercury part numbers. Not sure if marine power used the same? Pfi probably stands for port fuel injection

Yes, pfi port fuel injection!!!👍👍👍

It is probably same gm 8.2 engine with any difference in throttle module and injection systems

Came up as 3rd result when I seached ‘Marine Power 502.’

http://marinepowerusa.com/wp-content...anual-1993.pdf

Also, if your in the states you can send to a good injector place like member ArcticFriends. They can go thru them and if replacement needed, will probably have a good teplacement.

it is great idea about injectors remanufacturing.

Already downloaded.

but it is mpi, not pfi.

Do you think it is the same?

Another problem - 0730500 no longer available 😳"

AllDodge 10-09-2020 07:46 AM

PFI and MPI is same thing but different name

I would send the injectors to Artic Friends as SB mentioned

AllDodge 10-09-2020 07:50 AM

Thank you! If won't find new injectors, will try to restore old ones. Old ones work from 2002😉

I see pfi (ported fuel injection)and mpi (multi port injection) as the same thing, just different names

efi is electronic fuel injection which covers mpi, pfi and TBI (throttle body injection)

Mailing them few times, no answer.

Anyway, thanks for idea!

92nsx 10-09-2020 12:23 PM

Those injectors look just like the ones found on a Mercury racing 500 EFI. Even has the same clip to hold them to the fuel rail.

Diamond Dave 10-09-2020 04:29 PM

You need to call John at Boats Unlimited 817-658-7721 he can get you taken care of correctly 100% on these.

Dimmkaa 10-10-2020 09:30 AM

Thanks to all of you, guys!

I really appreciate your advices and opinions!

For the moment decision is to rebuild old ones by local service.

If result won't be achieved, than will return to searching for new injectors.

For the moment topic can be paused.

Thank you one more time👍👍👍
