Did you buy a lift and have it installed ?

Yes. Had Phil at Summerset build and install a new GalvaLift lift for me. Would have went Poly-Lift as that is what my last two were but they were $3K higher for same size lift and being at the back of the cove in calm water what little bit more robust the Poly is would have been overkill. We have been extremely happy there. The bathhouses are air conditioned and spotless and you get your own assigned parking. They have a gas dock back there too with 87 and 91 octane which is very convenient for fill ups.

I down loaded the rate sheet, seems reasonable, looks like I would be on D dock if i leased there

They were the lowest price per foot that I could find yet had some of the nicest facilities. We like Kelly’s Port too but the slips were odd sized (13’ wide) and it was a bit further drive from where we normally stay (Land’s End). Plus they were more money. The only downside to the location is you have a bit of No Wake to traverse on weekends and Holiday days from Memorial Day to Labor Day but it is not a big deal. The location is a great jump off point to the most popular spots upstream or downstream.

A guy at my condo complex has a 12k Polylift with remote for sale. He's asking 12k for it.
