Pushrod recommendation

Changing out pushrods to ensure I don't have any adjusters out of spec on my rockers. Looks like I need about 0.0625 extra length on all of them to be in the middle of the spec.

Lunati?
Manley?
Crane?
Comp?

Just browsing summit it looks like the Lunati have sizes that match up well with lengths I need....

Had crane in it...... 95813 (9.600") and 95828 (8.850")

Don't hear about many pushrod failures so maybe I'm over thinking it. Just order the best sizes and move on....?

http://trendperform.com/contact.html

I would suggest Trend Performance, they will make them any size you need, if they don't have them in stock.

They are who I use for all my Push Rods. They are in Michigan.
They developed the Spintron years ago so they could monitor and test their products for Nascar Racing,

Depends on what wall thickness, material, but the prices are competitive with most everybody
.
I'm running Jessel lifters and rockers and had 41 custom tapered 1.65 rods with varying lengths 11.950- 12.400 specific to each valve, with a few extra to have, expedited to me two days after i called. Excellent Customer Service. (there was a 20% up charge for the quick build time and shipping. but stock size "stout"rods shouldn't cost any more then what you get from a warehouse store. Call them tomorrow and ask!

another vote for trend...they make comp cams hi-tech line of push rods. Single piece, no seams, with nice contouring on the ends.

My current pushrods are .80. Any reason to go to .135?

Yes, they are solid roller with higher spring pressure, but I never spin them over 4,000.

.135 are twice as much $600 vs $300. I know it's not a big deal long term, but damn I just spend 2400 of new rockers, about to order my Daytona Sensors CDI ignition so the winter fund is depleted.....!!
