Default Daytona Sensors Ignition Install

Where have you guys mounted the ignition coil? I've ordered the CPPerfornance mount for the back of the Stbd head but was looking for some pictures of where you have mounted the coil.

I have the mount across the back of the engine that has the main wiring harness, start solenoid and breaker. Don't want to relocate that. I have some thoughts but wondered what you guys have done....

So I bought this one from CP, but looking at yours I think I'll just have a small piece fabbed to go up and over the box and the coil can sit up top on a "shelf"

Very nice! What kind of power and speeds you running or are those recent upgrade pics. I really liked my saber! I didn't want a single 28 but the deal just kind of happened when I wasn't looking. Where is the one at that was an early 90's twin that was out of the grand haven area. I remember somebody got a killer deal on it.

I made a plate to mount the box vertically with the coil beside it

I mounted my box on the transom to reduce vibration and heat and the coil on a plate on the back of the starboard cylinder head. Both are on isolators.
