It could be a timing issue if the crank sensor is not performing properly.....

could be bad coil, distributor, cables, spark plugs...if you think fuel pressure and injectors are good it’s likely an ignition or timing problem |
No distributor, EFI, Coil, there is a coil pack, (several) Haven't checked the crank sensor, but not really sure how either. What ever it is, it's a sudden issue. Meaning last time the boat ran was no issue.

any sensor can be a sudden issue.....they have a life span......if the crank sensor is not reading the revs of the crank consistently it wont tell the ecm to advance the timing properly, if its easy to get to swap it from the other engine
