Any one know where to get a tall deck rear mount starter on Lake of Ozarks or online

BBC chebby or merc engine?

900 sc motor

pretty sure those need to be CCW rotation ?

As you are looking at the front of the engine, the starter is on the back side, top right, correct?

yea it a Mercury Rear Starter 808110A05 trying to track one down not having much luck

OP there's a guy by me who can probably rebuild it if you dont buy new,

Crusader inboard uses the same starter. Stbd side, standard rotation engine

I bought two of these new for my BBC engines and they have been flawless. Keep searching and you can find them cheaper. When I bought mine a few months ago it cost me about $70.00/ea but I can't find them for that price anywhere now. Good thing I bought 4 total.

Well, with what Unlimited JD just pointed out, you can probably find those aftermarket for that price.

this may be the $70+/- version on Ebay....the merc #'s referenced are carrying an extra 0 (8080110A05) but the application chart states proper starter for your 900SC (and competitors PN's to find you replacement locally).... Ships out of Minnesota.
