Lifting hatch throwing two codes (700 SCI)

Hi guys few more bugs to fix when KOEO and i lift the hatch i get to codes 121 TPS1 Circuit Low & 123 TPS1 Range Low. When KOER and i lift hatch the engine RPM will jump from 800 to 1500 when rasing hatch and will not idle back down until i turn the engine off and restart. Any ideas where to start bad batttery? Bad lift hatch motor? Bad wiring? PCM? I dont understand how these things are tied togeather? Any help would be so so much apprecited!! TPS volts are 0.37 with throttle position all the way back 0.4% when you rase hatch volts go to 0 on scan tool. Battery volts on scan tool reads 12.1 and my charger is plug in the wall. That drops to 11.6 volts on scan tool when raising hatch. When using the trim up and down tps volts does not change but battery volts drop from 12.1 to 11.8 volts.

Thank you P.S. I also get a 236 code Emergency stop code every now and then and engine will just turn off? I feel thats a hole diffrent problem though but not sure.

Rewire the hatch lift to a separate house battery, if that’s not possible measure the amperage draw and load test the battery.

Thank you sounds a plan!

Thank you guys!!

$10 they are wired to dash. Notable example: I worked on a crownline earlier that would instantly ‘overheat ‘when you raised the hatch. Lol. It just peggedthe temp guage, but stil. It’s just too much if an smp draw ftom the dash. Installed relay at hatch motor and grabbed power/ground from battery. Real benefit was the hatch now opened much faster too.

This is what I use instead of multiple relays. Just a reversing winch solenoid. I added a wireless remote to mine.

And here is one of several good threads on using relays:

Never used a scan tool to check volts, but 12.1 volts is low. Maybe check it with a volt meter
Should be 12.6 fully charged with engine off and about 13.4 with engine running.
