Anybody know where to get a wiring harness and ECM for 7.4 MPI?

Bought a used boat and the previous owner had replaced the ECM 3X after it was blowing the fuel management side of it. Looking to replace ECM & harness.
Does anybody know where to get a 7.4 MPI (330) MEFI 3 engine wiring harness Delphi #16237009 ECM ?

The other option is to covert to mefi 4

Hi Griff - Thank you for the reply. Can you tell me for the conversion, what wiring harness and ECM should I use? Does MEFI 4 use O2 sensors?

I don't know the details, but have read that there is a conversion wiring harness.
