Merling III block oil question
 

running spring oilers on Merlin III blocks. there is an oil port on the back above the bellhousing that looks to come off the top of the oil channels for the lifters at the rear cam bearing. any reason good or bad to use this to feed the spring oilers? solid roller cams with jesel shaft rockers if it matters.
