Does the top of a 525 intake fit the bottom of a 502 intake?

I am want to fit a top half Merc 525 /Penta intake with throttle body in center on a 502 lower intake with throttlebody on the side. Possible or not?

Ok, thanks. I got a saltwatercooled engine that has a bad lowerpart of the intake due to corrotion and can only find Merc parts here. seems that the one used on 525 flows better?

The 525 intake certainly flows better but it is not going to provide any meaningful gains on a 502 MPI unless there's other work being done.
