Kiekhaefer Controls?

Hello, I have what I think is a set of Kiekhaefer controls that I would like to restore, can anyone tell me how the trim switch housing comes apart before I break something trying to disassemble? Any other advice is greatly appreciated!

Thats it, thank you Wally. Looks like the back of the switch is just an adhesive cover over the screws, I appreciate your help!

Are the controls cast aluminum or? I've seen 89Mach1 has a polished set?
